6. Premium Group Services

We offer a premium subscription service with additional benefits:

  • Faster job notifications (within 5 minutes of posting)
  • Access to jobs with fewer applicants (under 20 candidates)
  • Priority support and exclusive updates

  • Direct recruiter contact information when available

Premium Service Clarification: The premium charge is for the additional effort, quick delivery, and exclusive access our team provides. This is NOT a job guarantee - it's a service fee for enhanced job search support.

7. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is clearly defined:

  • Monthly subscription: Premium membership is billed monthly
  • Generally non-refundable: No refunds for completed service periods
  • Exception: Refunds may be provided if payment is made but access to premium group is not granted
  • Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of payment
  • Technical issues preventing access may qualify for refunds

Important: Premium membership fees are non-refundable once services are delivered and access is provided, as our team invests significant effort in curating and delivering premium content.
